Our flat rate delivery charge is only £4.95 (UK only).
UK mainland deliveries will be via our couriers Acclaim Parcel Express (part of APC Overnight), who will try to deliver
your order within 24 hours of despatch.
Order before midday for next day delivery - excluding weekends and bank holidays.
This excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Orders for delivery to these areas may be sent by
Royal Mail and may take longer. Smaller orders (below £20) may also be sent by Royal Mail.
Deliveries will need to be signed for. If delivery is attempted and there is nobody in, a card will be left with
details of the consignment including the phone number of the local depot. You can then either arrange a convenient day
for redelivery, or collect the order in person from the depot. If you do not contact the local depot your order will be
returned to us and a further delivery charge will be payable.
You can ask for your order to be left with a neighbour, but it will still have to be signed for.
