Returns
Chas E Smith is happy to offer a simple and straightforward returns procedure.
You may cancel your order at any time up until despatch. Your card is not charged until your order is ready for
despatch.
Once your order has been despatched, you can still return your order (or part of it) for a refund subject to the
following conditions.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch.
- Goods must be unused.
- Goods must be returned with all original packaging and labels.
The cost of any satisfactorily returned goods will be refunded to the card used for the original purchase.
This will exclude any delivery charges.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order (or part of it) is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible
(within 3 working days) either by phone or by email. We will then make any necessary arrangements for the faulty
goods to be returned and replacements to be dispatched, or the cost of the item(s) to be refunded.
Please ensure you return all the original packaging and labels, and also that you repackage the item(s) to be
returned very carefully. Any postage charges incurred for returning the item(s) will also be refunded.
