The classic style of the Innsbruck Shooting Waistcoat means that it has been generously cut, especially around the arm holes, to give greater freedom of movement when shooting or when negotiating obstacles. The waistcoat is fastened with a 17 inch zip, which runs from 3inches above the hem up to a V-shaped neckline.
The two large front pockets are deep enough to carry all the cartridges you need, or any other necessities, and have been double stitched around the edges to help provide protection against wear and tear. The large game pocket on the back is also very generously cut.

You may find it easier to get someone to help you with this. Keep your shirt and trousers on and stand in a relaxed position. Draw the tape horizontally round your chest just under the armpits and close to the body. Do not hold it too tight - there should be space for a finger under the tape.
