Fuel Efficient Cooking System
The Jetboil patent-pending FluxRing™ heat exchanger captures and focuses the heat from the burner and blocks wind resulting in 75-80% efficiency. It will boil half a litre of water in only 2 minutes so is excellent for a short break when hiking. This efficiency also results in the PCS using half as much gas, to help further reduce your load.
Light & Compact Stove for Backpacking
The Personal Cooking System weighs only 425 grams and measures just 104 mm x 180 mm when packed. Everything you need is included, except the gas canister. The set comprises a 1 litre, insulated hard-anodized aluminium cooking cup, high performance burner with built-in piezo ignition, a drink-through plastic lid, and a protective bottom cover that also doubles as a measuring cup.
Everything packs away into the cooking cup and there’s even room for the gas canister, so it won’t take up too much room in your rucksack. The fact that it uses half the gas of a conventional stove means that you only need to take half as much gas, so this really is a space saving device.
